Eligibility for Returns

✔ Returns or exchanges are only accepted if:

You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

❌ Returns are not accepted for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selection by the customer
Used, washed, or altered items
Products without original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect:

Bras
Bra & panty sets
Body shapewear
Nightwear
Stockings

Return Process

To request a return or refund:

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (if applicable)
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via store credit or bank transfer
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items
Product availability will determine exchange eligibility
If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), shipping costs will be covered by Elite Edge Outfitters
In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable
